While you're focused on leading your community, we take care of the logistics, operations, and support on the ground. You can choose the setup that works best for your business.
Your Free Spot
Your free curator spot is available when your tour has at least three paying participants. If you haven't reached three paying participants 35 days before the tour start date, you can cancel the tour without any financial loss.
This condition also applies when you select Laliguras Support to help promote and elevate your experience.
Choose How You Operate
The party that collects payments from participants is the official tour operator. You have two options:
Option 1: Laliguras Collects the Payments (Recommended)
This is the easiest and most hands-off option.
- We collect payments directly from your participants.
- We handle invoicing, bookings, and customer administration.
- We assume all legal responsibility as the official tour operator.
- Your full management fee is paid 4 days before departure after we receive your invoice.
This option lets you focus entirely on creating a great experience for your community.
Option 2: You Collect the Payments
If you'd rather manage your own bookings, you can.
- You collect payments directly from your participants.
- You become the official tour operator for your group.
- You pay Laliguras the base hiking package fee according to our payment schedule.
- You keep your management fee directly.
Safety Comes First
Every tour is supported by our experienced local team.
We provide:
- 1 licensed guide for every 6 hikers
- 1 porter for every 3 hikers
All participants, including the curator, must have travel insurance that covers high-altitude trekking and emergency helicopter rescue.
Payment Policy
To secure local services and ensure seamless support for your adventure, we require payment as follows:

| 14 days or less before the tour starts | 100% of the total amount |
Cancellation Protection
If Laliguras is collecting payments (Option 1), your management fee is protected according to our cancellation policy:
